RESEARCH & IDEATION
Understanding the user needs
Conducted an extensive research on commercial kitchen's ergonomic data, the dynamics of co-working spaces, and the special needs of the Mission Kitchen community for the co-design process.
To define the identity of the space, we developed key insights through a combination of methods such as; desk research, focus groups, non-participant observation, creating personas and journey maps.
